The Confidence Guard
To ensure statistical reliability, any business with fewer than 40 verified reviews receives a "Confidence Penalty." This prevents "one-hit wonders" with a single 5-star review from outranking established local favorites. As a business gains more feedback, this penalty automatically tapers off.
Data Integrity
Our scores are calculated daily. We use AI to filter out suspiciously repetitive feedback or bot-generated noise, ensuring that the "State Elite" and City rankings are earned by the hard work of the kitchen and delivery teams.
